One-component polyurethane resin BST-U400
BST-U400 is a modified one-component polyurethane resin. This product completes the polymerization reaction of two-component polyurethane (isocyanate and polyol) during the production process, and the user uses a free radical polymerization curing method similar to unsaturated polyester resin and vinyl ester resin; while retaining the performance of two-component polyurethane resin, it also has the characteristics of good processability, good adaptability to the production environment, and low equipment requirements.
The composite material manufactured with this product has excellent toughness and interface bonding strength, can give full play to the fiber performance, and obtain high-performance composite material products. The polyurethane segment content in the BST-U400 cured product is about 50%, which is mainly suitable for pultrusion molding process.
