REL 801 is a low viscosity, low reactivity, non-pre-promoted, acrylic modified unsaturated polyester resin. It has good
filler wettability and adhesion. It is mainly used in the production of artificial marble, polyester concrete products, such as
cast basins, sinks, shower room chassis. The products have low shrinkage, excellent curability, short moulding cycle and
high strength.
REL 801 is a low shrinkage resin specially developed for artificial stone production. It maintains its low shrinkage and
good curability even after curing at high temperatures, but of course the uniform distribution of fillers during the
production process is also important.
The REL 801 resin can be cured at room temperature using conventional peroxides (Co-oct+MEKP, BPO) or in
bonding/adhesive applications using dimethylaniline curing systems

Stored at temperatures below 25ºC.Storage life decreases with increasing storage temperature. Avoid exposure to heat such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. To avoid contamination of the product with water, do not store outdoors. Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss. Mild mixing is recommended after prolonged storage. Rotate stock.
